Anything written about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening and observing. What worked for me, may not work for you. I am not a doctor, nutritionist or dietician and all medical advice should be gotten from a qualified professional. Product recommendations are based on what I used during my infertility journey or wish I had.

About four years into my infertility journey, I stopped focusing on all things pregnancy & baby.

Firstly, because after four years that sh*t obviously wasn’t working.

Secondly, I realised I needed to work on loving me.

Not because loving me was going to get me pregnant, but because loving me was something that I needed to do before I brought another little soul into this world. There are so many books on how to get pregnant and the right diet for fertility, but I needed SO much more than that. I needed to support my emotional wellbeing. So I started listening and reading. Below are all the books I read or listened to since I started my journey to becoming a more mindful me. I'll forever add to this list because becoming more mindful is a daily practice and something I'll forever be working on!
