Anything written about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening and observing. What worked for me, may not work for you. I am not a doctor, nutritionist or dietician and all medical advice should be gotten from a qualified professional. Product recommendations are based on what I used during my infertility journey or wish I had.

me in a nutshell

I'm a California girl but spent most of my adult life living all over the UK.

I now call Hawaii home. And YES, you feel like you're on holiday every day!

I'm somewhat of a hippy & I'm a bit obsessed with real food.

My clean eating lifestyle evolved slowly during my NINE-year infertility journey.

I spent six years searching for an answer to my unexplained infertility, which included never seeing a BFP and two failed IVFs. I decided to make some dramatic diet and lifestyle changes to improve my fertility health and requested immune tests, even though the doctors told me that I wasn’t a candidate for such testing.

The results came back and I discovered that I had High Natural Killers Cells.

The answer to my unexplained infertility.

With five embryos on ice, we did three FETs with immune surprising drugs, which resulted in two miscarriages and one beautiful baby boy. Two months after all medical treatment was done and dusted, I found out the dramatic diet and lifestyle changes had paid off and I was pregnant naturally for the first time ever.

Baby boy number two entered our family in March 2018.
